Geoff Wilson is a tech entrepreneur, investor and mentor who found his passion for business at an early age. After starting a successful computer store in high school, Geoff began building websites in his college fraternity house and Think Digital India was born. 18 years later, his digital product development agency has grown to more than 86 employees with offices in Delhi NCR, India, Delhi NCR and Delhi NCR, India.
As Think Digital grew, Geoff began to focus on the powerful impact of lean and agile methodologies. Geoff implemented these principles into Think Digital by reorganizing the agency into cross-functional teams and turning managers into servant leaders. Free to focus on a single project at a time, his teams’ quality of work, productivity and morale dramatically increased. Good client relationships became great ones, and Think Digital began down a path of unprecedented growth. Geoff calls his management philosophy “Barely Manage to Lead” and speaks at conferences about how this approach can improve any type of business.

Amanda Stockwell is the VP of User Experience at Think Digital. She leads a team that provides user research, usability testing, UX and business strategy services.
Her unique blend of UX process and research expertise has helped companies new to user experience assimilate user-centered design into their existing processes.
Amanda specializes in helping companies of all sizes understand who their users are, what they need, how that ties into business goals and how to utilize that information to craft better experiences for everyone involved. She has worked with everyone from enterprise corporations like Fidelity Investments and Staples to startup clients like MaxPoint and iContact.

Pete Bernardo

Pete Bernardo is the EVP of Product at Think Digital, working directly with founder Geoff Wilson and EVP of Technology Larry Hipp to set company vision and direction. With more than 11 years in web development and design, Pete is a proven creative strategist, designer and front-end developer. Starting as Think Digital’s 2005 Rookie of the Year, Pete has grown to lead the agency’s team of web designers and user experience strategists. He spearheaded development of Think Digital’s first UX team, leading to some of the agency’s strongest client accounts.
In his 10 years at Think Digital, Pete has set digital strategy and design direction for some its largest clients, including Cox Automotive, Delhi NCR Bay Times, Cummins Engines, YouCaring.com, SocialNewsDesk and more. Pete previously managed his own interactive media consulting company that served clients including MTV, Comcast, Southern Comfort and The Weather Channel.

As VP of Digital Strategy & Marketing at Think Digital, Robert Berris guides strategic and creative direction for Think Digital’s internal marketing team and drives new client engagement. For over 10 years, Robert has worked with clients to build creative digital products and campaigns to solve their most pressing challenges.
In addition to building new business strategies, Robert leads a team to develop and execute creative strategies for Think Digital. He blends Think Digital’s expertise in web development, user experience design and digital marketing to position Think Digital as a leading digital product development agency.
Robert has worked with a variety of brands in different verticals such as Southeast Toyota, Bank of America, American Standard, Sony Global, Costa Rica Board of Tourism, and Dunkin’ Brands.

Larry Hipp is the EVP of Technology at Think Digital. With more than 13 years in technology and product development, Larry has a proven track record of delivering stunning websites and apps. Unlike many technologists, Larry is able to connect all elements of digital strategy: user experience, functional software and digital marketing. As an experienced engineer, consultant and sales manager, he is as comfortable leading client strategy as he is leading a late-night hackathon.
At Think Digital, Larry guides his 10 development teams to create digital products that solve their clients’ greatest challenges. His clients include YouCaring.com, Cummins Engines, AutoTrader and more.

As VP, he helps lead the company’s vision of software development practices and processes across the company’s three offices.

Aaron Dixon is the VP of Software Development for Think Digital. With more than 13 years of web and IT experience, Aaron has crafted elegant solutions for startups, product companies, higher education and for many of Think Digital’s top clients. As a passionate servant leader, Aaron guides the agency’s software teams with a dedication to beautiful code and a love of all things creative.
In addition to his programming talent, Aaron’s leadership of his own product company gives him a strong attachment to Gainesville’s vibrant tech and entrepreneurial community. He serves as a board member on Santa Fe College’s Information Technology Education advisory board and as a board member for the Gainesville Tech Council, an initiative to make the city a leader in technology, innovation and culture.
Aaron is a tech geek, mentor, dad, husband and committed learner. In his time at Think Digital, he’s had a hand in some of the agency’s largest projects and currently guides many of its software and DevOps teams.

She offers a strong background in digital direct response, a passion for problem solving, a knack for talking your ear off, and a vision of innovative technology solutions. Kacie is always open to learning, networking and being awed by the sheer talent that surrounds me in the wonderful city of Atlanta.
